Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Specialist, Musti ja Mirri, Helsinki

We are now looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join the customer service center team at Musti ja Mirri. As a Customer Service Specialist you will help and answer customer’s questions about the different products and services via phone, e-mail and chat. 

What are we looking for?

We hope you to have excellent communication skills and preferably some experience in customer service. You are eager to learn new things and have attention to detail. Most importantly we hope you to have a positive attitude. We also hope you to have some knowledge and/or experience about animals, especially dogs and cats – or in the best scenario you share the love for pets! 

You will advise the Nordic customers in their native language, so we hope you to be fluent in Norwegian, and in Swedish and/or Finnish. Good language skills in English are also a requirement.

- The position is a full-time (37,5h/week), permanent position.
- Salary is a fixed monthly salary, based on the collective agreement for the commercial sector 
- The customer service team operates from Monday through Friday between 8.00 and 19.15 and on Saturdays between 10.00 and 17.00.
- The job is located in Käpylä, Helsinki. You will also have the opportunity to do distance work.
